About
I'm an artist from Kildare, Ireland. I started to paint in the kitchen of my parent's house, taught by my father. Since then I haven't been able to stop. I started taking requests from friends and family; whether it was portraits of someone's idol or of their lovable family pet.
I'd spend a few days during the Summer on Stephen's Green selling art and meeting others that I found I had a lot in common with. The first painting I sold on the Green was a portrait of Phil Lynott, from Thin Lizzy.
After painting for one year since my father's teachings I made my way into a competition called Sky Arts: Portrait Artist of the Year 2013. I made it through to the semi-final in Ireland, which was televised and I painted a live portrait of the young actor from a series called Moon Boy.
I now continue to paint, not only for my own enjoyment, but for others, too. Recently, I have had two exhibitions in Maynooth, Co. Kildare: the first in the Summer Festival, and the second in the local library. I offer personal paintings of any kind. If you would like a painting done just click here and send me a message.
